Abstract：In circumstances of over production of iron and steel industry，iron and steel companies are facing a challenging situation in not only increasing investment on environment but also reducing production costs. Sintering flue gas recirculation technology is one of the most effective methods，in recent years，which has been successful applied in new and renovation projects on domestic sintering machine. In current situation，considering interests and actual conditions of enterprises，using flue gas recirculation technology by suitable process model can bring benefits for enterprises in protecting environment，tapping potentials and increasing profit and enhancing efficiency，which can effectively promote transformation and upgrading of enterprises and healthy development.
