Abstract：Due to its high strength, good plasticity, strong corrosion resistance，the centrifugal ductile iron pipe has been the most major tubing in the municipal pipe network construction. Although the centrifugal ductile iron pipe industry started relatively late in China, its production process, equipment and product quality has got great development through years of work hard. Focused on the present domestic production technologies of centrifugal ductile iron pipe, technology innovation and its application situation, analyzed some existing problems. Meanwhile, indicated the development tendency of this industry were to improve the automation level of production equipment, eliminate backward productivity and build green environmental protection enterprises.
