Abstract:Recovery process of electric precipitator dusts, which was based on the principle of two stage oxidation acid leaching- extraction- back extraction electrowinning, was studied. The oxidation reduction potential of leaching system was controlled in the range of 0.5- 2V to study the influences of reaction temperature, pH value, liquid to solid ratio and reagent concentration on the reaction efficiency. When controlling the reaction temperature of 75℃, pH of 3- 4, liquid to solid ratio of 4∶1, leaching time of 3.5h, the leaching rate of copper, zinc, arsenic can reach 92.5%, 91.6%,90.8% respectively. And through analyzing the whereabouts of arsenic, the comprehensive recovery process of leaching residue was proposed combined with the bath smelting process. Finally, the serious environmental pollution brought by the electric precipitator dusts during the piling process was reduced.
