The honggang No.3 1350m3 blast furnace in the furnace grade below 49.0% production practice are summarized and analyzed. Through enhancing the ironmaking production management level and operation technological progress.No.3 1350m3 blast furnace optimizing BF operation system based on strengthening the quality of raw materials and fuels management, equipment management, furnace maintenance management, organization of production furnace efficiency. The BF has realized stable production for a long period in the condition of slag ratio more than 630kg/t. The utilization coefficient more than 2.350m3/(t·d), but also to achieve the local resources rationalization application.
