Abstract:Through the trial of Chengchao iron ore concentrates on the properties of product pellet, the factors of properties of pellet is studied. The result shows: -0.074 mm particle control in 85% to 98%, binder amount of 20%, moisture content is 8.0%, good properties of pellets is obtained in stable operating condition. for instance, the green balls dropping strength of 3 per 0.5 m, a compression strength of 12 N, a shock temperature over 450 ℃, and the compression strength of pellets over 2.5 kN.
