Recycling and utilization of iron containing solid waste resource in steelmaking plant

Abstract:Shougang Jingtang United Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is an important carrier for the relocation of Shougang, the construction of the steel plant is not the transfer of pollution, but in accordance with the concept of circular economy to make the solid waste close to "zero emissions". The difficulties in the disposing and process control point for converter dust, converter slag, residual steel and other solid waste in Shougang Jingtang are mainly discussed. Combined with the characteristics of Jingtang "Full Treatment process", a series of recycling technologies such as the hot slag of decarburization returning dephosphorization furnace and the "semi steel" ladle recycle by casting slag returning dephosphorization are developed. It has realized the recycling of solid waste in steel- making plant.
