The application of removing H2S and HCN from coke oven gas by monoethanolamine method is in TISCO coke plant. This engineering project comes from the requirement of TISCO, based on the traditional wet desulphurization method. This paper presents an improving method of desulphurization and decyanation of COG by MEA. It is simple and reliable, the used of cheap reagent and high removal efficiency of hydrogen. Compared with the traditional acid production processes, the technology of WSA sulphuric acid producing process is simple and good corrosion resistance. Compared with the traditional sulphur production process, MEA-WSA acid production processes in gas desulphurization is made use of the sour gas with the preparation of sulphuric acid. It is a model of circular economic, and environmental-friendly. The process is short, simple style and good economic effects.
