Abstract:The potential and process of the co- treatment by using smelting industrial high- temperature furnace was studied. Four kinds of ways to realize the co- treatment process were put forward, which including reduction treatment, combustion treatment, dilution treatment and extraction treatment. Successful cases of co- treatment processes at home and abroad were also surveyed to verify the feasibility of the four treatment ways. The co- treatment process by using high- temperature furnace could not only provide new models for solid waste treatment, but also provide new ways for emergency treatment caused by solid waste.
