Abstract:After 3 years application of the mixing field bridge type double bucket wheel reclaimer in Ningsteel,it was found that the equipment failure rate was relatively high,and the reclaiming rate was relatively low,which seriously affected the subsequent work flow of the raw material. Based on the research of the device on-site and the existing fault analysis,it can be pointed out that the defaults concentrated in several areas where the stiffness of bridge beam was lower,the skip body was deformed,or the rake structure was improper. Additionally,based on the problems mentioned above,the equipment was analyzed and optimized and the parts of the device was improved by combining the practical application with the existing successful experiences. As a result,it fundamentally enhanced the working stability and capability of the device,and dramatically reduced the maintenance cost of the device,and can be used for reference in the optimizing and upgrading of the similar devices.
