Abstract:The application of the grid-connecting and dispatching automation technology for the system of 1×7.5 MW waste heat power generation with the 3×33 MV·A silicon calcium furnace was described, which had important significance for safety and economic operation of the power plant. The 1×7.5 MW waste heat generator was output with 10 kV and then the voltage was boosted by the 110 kV main transformer for their own use. Based on the original 110 kV power dispatching automation, the data network system of telecontrol, monitoring and energy collection for the waste heat power generation system was established, which achieved the goal of the safe, economic, energy saving and environmental protection operation with less investment.
