Silicon calcium furnace chemical water and circulating water treatment of waste heat power generation system technologies

Abstract:The technology of chemical water treatment and circulating water treatment of 3×33 MV·A silicon-calcium alloy electric furnace 1×7.5 MW waste heat power plant is expounded. The methods of chemical waste water treatment,reverse osmosis,water vapor chemical supervision and fault treatment are discussed. The boiler used in the power station is a small low-pressure boiler. The main drainage of the boiler water treatment is the filter backwashing water and the mixed bed regenerated wastewater. After being treated by the neutralization pond,the wastewater is produced with the exception of turbidity and salt content. Harmful components,can be directly discharged,the total emissions of 11.32 t/h. The sets of silicon calcium alloy electric furnace waste heat power plant chemical water treatment and circulating water system has been running for one year to lower equipment investment and operation and maintenance costs to protect the cooling needs of boilers and equipment,running well and achieved a high economic income.
