Research on the Deformation Resistance of 600 MPa Hot-Rolled DP Steel

It has studied the law of deformation resistance under low&high temperatures by means of single pass compression by Gleeble-1500 thermal analog machine. The influence of deformation temperature, deformation rate and deformation amount on deformation resistance was analyzed too and gained the precise low&high temperature regression model of deformation resistance. The results showed that temperature is the most influencing factor and the deformation resistance increases with the decreasing temperature, increasing deformation rate and deformation amount. This model can guide for real production.
