Surface Control of Rough TMBP in Temper Mill Rolling of Continuous Annealing Unit

With development of continuous annealing unit R2 level tinplate with high roughness as base, referenced to strip overall sampling and offline measure surface three-dimensional during production, rule of strip surface roughness during double-stand skin pass and rolling operation by using industrial method was researched. Then stepwise regression process was employed to set up prediction model about double-stand skim pass and operational rolling to study strip surface roughness; based on the experimental result of strip surface roughness changes and prediction model drafted, processing strategies, assumed models and technical parameters of continuous annealing during R2 level surface tinplate were set up, which could be formed R2 level surface tinplate roughness control technique. Being used this technique to real production, R2 level surface tinplate was firstly successful developed at home with improved tinplate roughness control accuracy of E level surface, which elementarily eliminates aberration of surface print pattern covered with tin roller and metal deficiency. Huge social and economic interests are created.
