Abstract:Aiming at the current situation and existing problems of industrial furnace in China and combining the merits of the high temperature gasification and the high temperature and low oxygen air combustion for coal, the experimental system on the integration of the high temperature gasification and the high temperature and low oxygen air combustion are developed and the technological process and the characteristics of the system are analyzed. The system has advantages of great energy saving, 〖JP+3〗high caloric value, low NOx pollution, low excess air ratio, equipment 〖JP〗downsizing, high thermal efficiency, uniform oven temperature distribution and so on. The development of this system will open a new way for coalfired technological transformation, energy saving and environmental protection of the industrial furnace in China.
