Abstract:For researching the porosity of the granule packing process and realizing the optimizing control of whole sintering production process, the influence of factors on the porosity and their relationship must be known. So the influence of moisture and granule volume fraction on the porosity was studied in laboratory. results show that The porosity of the binary mixture system firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of component volume fraction and there is a minimum point at the porosity curve of binary mixture system; the minimum value at the porosity curve is occurred at different location with different moisture and shifts from left to right with the increase of moisture; the porosity obviously varies with the increase of the large particle volume fraction, but it is obscure for small particle.
