Abstract:This paper puts forward the method of dynamic condition zero base and spectral mathematical analysis to research various factors influencing on measure accuracy of experiment system in simulation work conditions. The roll profile which closes to real work condition is obtained. Some problems to be resolved are discussed elementarily. The experiment indicates that the method can improve the accuracy of roll profile online measuring to higher level.
