Precipitating and Recrystallizing Regulation Study of Nb Microalloyed Steel in EAFCSP Process

Abstract:Precipitating regulation of Nb(C, N) in Nb microalloyed steel was studied by optical microscope and chemical phase analysis method in EAFCSP process. Original austenite recrystallizing regulation of Nb microalloyed steel in EAFCSP process was analyzed by Gleeble3500 thermal simulation machine. The results provide theoretical base for chemical composition design and production process optimizing of Nb microalloyed steel in EAFCSP process.
