Abstract:In order to print characters on hot bloom automatically, an automatic control system based on PLC S7300 and smart positioning controller SPC200 was designed. Through digital I/O,PLC sent directions to SPC200, and the sprayer laterally moved to designated position by the intelligent cylinder. Then multilevel cylinder pushed the sprayer ahead in lengthwise direction, which was adjusted by electromagnetic valves. At last stroke electromagnetic valves were open or closed on appointed character. The application results show that this control system is featured by its cost effective, ease of operation, low inaccurate rate and printing fast.
