Design of eco-friendly stockyard based on TRIZ theory

Abstract:The technology of eco-friendly stockyard has obvious advantages in consumption reduction, emission reduction, energy saving, land saving and stable production compared with the traditional open stockyard, which is the certain trend of current technical development of stockyard. However, current eco-friendly stockyard is characterized by low utilization rate of the internal space, serious waste of resources and high one-time investment, which restricts the promotion and application of the eco-friendly stockyard. The problem of low space utilization rate in the current eco-friendly stockyard was described, system function and system problems were analyzed using the theory of TRIZ, a series of innovative solutions were obtained, and the optimal scheme was determined through schemes comparison. Rack of the reclaimer upwards straddles the stacker was adopted in the optimal scheme. The upper travelling platform of the reclaimer dose not need to be independently arranged, and the travelling device is more convenient to repair and maintain. Meanwhile, problem of stock pile volume loss caused by avoiding the upper travelling platform of reclaimer in the current technological arrangement form is solved, internal space utilization rate of material stockyard is increased, storage capacity of stockyard is increased, civil engineering quantity is reduced, and economic benefits are obvious.
