Abstract:With the increasing maturity of additive manufacturing technology, it has gradually emerged in the field of steel material preparation. The current status of the development for additive manufacturing technology at home and abroad is introduced firstly, and the current cutting-edge technology of additive manufacturing of metal materials is described briefly. Besides, a large number of research results for additive manufacturing of steel materials are summarized, including the preparation technology of stainless steels powder, the modification process of additive manufacturing of stainless steel, and the additive manufacturing of advanced steel wire. The research progress of additive manufacturing of steel materials at home and abroad in recent years is reviewed from multiple angles. Based on the summary of existing research results, the important significance of additive manufacturing technology in the field of steel materials in the future is pointed, and the prospect and plan for the development of China's steel material additive manufacturing technology is put forward.
