Abstract:The concentrated sodium tungstate solution in the process of alkali decomposition of mixed wolframite was studied. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, pH, tungsten trioxide concentration and feed rate on the removal efficiency of fluoride by aluminum sulfate were investigated, indicating that the concentration of fluorine in the solution can be reduced to less than 100 mg/L under the optimum conditions of pH is 12.7, temperature is 25 ℃, x(Al)∶x(F) is 2.1, reaction time is 10 min and the concentration of tungsten trioxide is 215 g/L. Further study shows that the higher the concentration of tungsten trioxide in concentrated sodium tungstate, the worse the effect of aluminum sulfate on fluoride removal, and the content of tungsten in slag increases.
