Abstract:In order to find out the distribution law of the microstructure structure of the hot- rolled plate under the ferritic rolling process and the differences of the microstructure structure under the ferritic rolling process and the conventional rolling process for Ti- IF steel, based on the rolling technology of ferrite in hot semi- continuous rolling line, the control of the microstructure and precipitation of hot rolled plate in Ti- IF ferritic rolling process were researched and analyzed by TEM, and the differences of the microstructure and precipitation, including the grain size, of the hot rolled plate in the ferrite rolling process and the conventional rolling process were also analyzed. It was known that the fine and even recrystallized grains could be obtained by applying the ferrite rolling process, which was 6- 10 μm smaller than the austenite grain size, and the uniformity of the microstructure was ideal. The size of the precipitation under the ferrite rolling process was 30- 50 nm larger than that under the austenite rolling process, while the size of TiN precipitates under the two rolling process was similar.
