Modern design of inspection and analysis facility in long process iron and steel enterprises

Abstract：The inspection and analysis system is very important for the incoming material inspection, the intermediate product detection and the factory product quality determination in iron and steel enterprises. The setup principle, composition and developing trend of the inspection and analysis system for iron and steel enterprises are emphasized. Centralization, intellectualization and informatization are the features of the inspection and analysis system for modern iron and steel enterprises. The construction and design concept of the raw material sampling system, the raw material analysis center, the metallurgical analysis center and the rolling inspection center are discussed in detail. With the development of intelligent manufacturing, the automatic intelligent detection system, the information process and the laboratory management automation have become an inevitable trend in the design of the inspection and analysis system for iron and steel enterprises.
