Abstract:The 34.5 h of non-plan long time blowing down for the 3 200 m3 No.1 large blast furnace in Hanbao occurred on June 1, 2016, caused by the breakage of the main fracture belt. Before blowing down, the furnace condition was continuously anterograde, the hearth was steady active, the furnace temperature was full, and the economic indexes were good. In the blowing in recovery process, with reducing the load, attaching great importance to the furnace heat level and adjusting the structure of furnace charge, the recovery of the airflow and oxygen was proceeded in three stages according to the light load blanking position and the furnace condition. Meanwhile, on the basis of the furnace temperature, the pulverized coal was added, and the high air temperature was rapidly realized. The preparation for tapping was made in advance, and the furnace operation was reasonably arranged. Therefore, the fast recovery of the furnace condition was realized.
