Abstract:The mathematical model and simulation model has been developed for burden distribution in the large BF to predict burden profile, which is difficult to monitored directly, on the condition of that the burden distribution mechanism was studied and the operation data and experts experience were also considered. It has realized the interface of burden profile and variation of ore to coke ratio and can guide the optimization of the blast furnace operation. The results showed that the model could predict burden profile and variation of ore to coke ratio effectively, which can provides technical support to optimize the BF burden distribution operation and make the BF stable production.
