Abstract:Stamping and welding cooling plate has many shortcomings, which will greatly reduce the service life of the stamping and welding cooling plate. The structure design of the stamping and welding cooling plate and the operating conditions in the blast furnace are summarized. The analysis is focusing on the structure of the stamping and welding cooling plate and the failure of materials. It has been discussed on the replacement of the stamping and welding cooling plate with the ductile iron cooling plate , which can improve the cooling performance of the cooling plate. Thereby, the service life of the cooling plate can be increased. And after the sealing plate and a base plate are designed and the ductile iron cooling plate is cast well, the sealing plate and nodular cast iron cooling plate cooling box can be welded together. Then the shim plate and a sealing plate, casing pipes are welded together. It can solve the gas leakage problem between ductile iron cooling plate and cooling box body.
