Abstract:In China, the application time of desulfurization project of sintering machine flue gas is relatively short. Mature flue gas desulfurization technology has been widely used in coal-fired power plants, such as wet, dry, semi dry method, ammonia method, the mainstream technology of wet FGD. Due to the large sintering machine desulfurization operation failure, maintenance workload, it needs summing up the design, operation and related engineering need maintenance experience. Combined with the sintering FGD projects have been implemented, according to the characteristics of sintering plant condition and flue gas conditions, from the aspects of sintering machine of wet FGD system design optimization, operation and maintenance and production management experiences were summarized, which can provide reference to the future of sintering machine flue gas desulfurization project, and provide reference for the engineering design optimization, operation and maintenance.
