Abstract:Study and application of KR desulfuration comprehensive technology was introduced. Through optimization of impeller size, the high-performance castable and refractory mortar for the impeller was developed. Compound desulfurizer was studied to improve the utilization rate of desulfurizing agent. Optimized the process parameters such as the impeller’s insertion depth; stabilized the desulfurization effect, developed the cooling process of hot metal and formed a complete set of KR desulfuration comprehensive technology, and good results have been achieved in practice.
