Abstract:It focuses on the raising of the rolling mill vibration problem over the past half-century, the research content, the research progress and the research perspectives. The phenomenon of vertical and torsional coupling vibration, hydraulic-mechanical coupling vibration, bending and torsion coupling vibration, and electromechanical coupling vibration are found through scene test. Then the existence and characteristics of rolling mill coupling vibration is proved through theoretical study and simulation analysis, and the nature of electrical-mechanical-hydraulic-interface coupling vibration is ultimately determined. General inhibition technology of rolling mill coupling vibration is developed, and the ‘tandem mill coupling vibration suppressor’ is invented and successfully applied on a tandem mill. And the vibration suppression effect is good.
