Abstract:The rolling force formula was expansion with the Maclaurin series in the hot-rolling, meanwhile the nonlinear dynamic model that the roll surface marks regenerated vibration was established. Taking the actual technical parameters of a rolling mill for example, the movement patterns of the system were compared with the application of numerical simulation method when the marks were on the roll surface or no; in the meanwhile, the simulation shows that the roll surface chatter marks a serious impact on the quality of the strip surface. Through the comparison of the influence of the different marks depth for the mill system, it obtains the relationship curves that are between marks depth and excitation, rolls vibration intensity and the bifurcation diagrams that are the system displacement response. Finally two measures are proposed to ease the marks in view of the roll surface marks formation and the influence of regenerated vibration, the field tests and the theoretical analysis all prove that the methods have a good effect.
