On the basis of energy balance and material balance, the energy situation of EAF steelmaking at Hengsteel was analyzed by multiscale, which includes location energy utilization technology research, waste heat using technology, different proportion of hot metal, the relationship of location between mutual smelting operation and EAF steelmaking process integration technology. The integration of whole flow energy across the scale was achieved, and the optimal energy mode of smelting production was established.
