摘要 为进一步改善唐钢第一钢轧厂转炉经济技术指标、降低冶炼成本,通过对转炉氧枪喷头参数、底吹系统、造 渣制度及喷溅控制进行了深入研究,通过工艺优化及技术改进等方式,转炉钢铁料消耗、石灰消耗、终渣FeO质量 分数、喷溅率等指标得到了明显改善。

Abstract :In order to further improve the first rolling plant of Tangshan iron and steel converter economic and tech- nical indicators, reduce the cost of smelting. This article conducted in-depth study on the converter oxygen lance nozzle parameters, bottom-blowing system, slag system and splash control, by means of process optimization and technological improvement, indicators such as the converter steel material consumption, lime consumption, final slag FeO content, splashing rate have been significantly improved.
