Analysis and Control for MixedGrains Microstructure Phenomena of Nb Microalloyed Steel in EAFCSP Process

Abstract: Based on Nb microalloying technology established in the traditional process, combining with process characteristics in EAFCSP, this article has analyzed the main reason of mixgrain microstructure phenomena in Nb microalloyed steel produced in EAFCSP through optical microscope analysis、chemical phase analysis and hotdeformation simulation test etc methods. According to these preceding studies, GISE has adjusted each producing process, and succeed in eliminating mixgrain phenomena in Nb microalloyed strip.
