高品质IF钢的炼钢流程和关键技术解析

Abstract High quality IF steel sheets are mainly used in automobile panel, car fuel tank and other ultra-deep drawing parts. The strict control requirement of carbon nitrogen content as well as high surface quality should be guaranteed for production of high quality IF steel sheets. The most of steel enterprises chose the steelmaking process of converter→RH vacuum refining→slab continuous casting. In addition, the combination of LF ladle refining and VD vacuum refining is also chosen by a few enterprises according to the actual condition. Based on the production practices, procedures and key technologies of steelmaking are overviewed and analyzed in detail.
