The application of dynamic intelligence control technology with furnace gas analysis to 60 ton top-blown converter at Laiwu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. is introduced.The main contents include the configuration ofhardware system, dynamic control models, running requirements, standardization of biowing process. The following resuitswere obtained: the hitting rates of carbon and temperature were 87% and 83%respectively, the simultaneous hitting rate of both C and T was 78% when the end point carbon content and temperature were in the range of 0.08-0.24% and 1580-1660℃, with an accuracy of controlling C and T were ±0.02% and ±20℃ respectively; In order to increase the simultaneous hitting rate of both end point carbon and temperature, it is necessary to improve the management of raw materials, carry out charging according to the charging model, necessary apply top-bottom combined blowing technique.
