the factors which effect the (micro-) tension reducing mill’s rolling ability are included: reducing rate of single stand, deformation quantity of single stand, the size of hollow bloom, rolling temperature, rolling speed, the tension between stands and so on. This article mainly analyze the effect which caused by the tension between stands to the rolling load, which based on the reducing rate of single stand and the deformation quantity are confirmed, so that which can instruct how to use the tension change to control the run of reducing rolling under the normal load in actual produce process.
