Abstract:The principle of contact angle and curvature during the roller leveling process was investigated, as well as the effects of angle and some special points on curvature and the effects of curvature on the angle. The results show that the contact angle has an accumulating effect. Bigger the roller pitch of leveler is, smaller the accumulating effect of angle is. The methods of decreasing angles are increasing the curvature difference integral value and decreasing intermeshes. The angle increases with the increasing of curvature. The accumulating effect of curvature has a bad impact on the residual curvature. For some plates of the bigger accumulating effect, it is necessary to adopt the bigger tilting value. The cross point and contact point have a large influence on curvature results. The cross point value is fixed correspondingly. It increases gradually. The contact point value is proportional to the angle.
