Process Improvement on Refractory Matrices of BF NonMetallic Cooling Wall

Abstract:The nonmetallic cooling wall which is developed and produced by Huayu Fireproofing Company in Zhengzhou and University of Science and Technology Beijing is the developing direction of BF cooling wall. This paper has put forward feasible optimization schemes on curing schedule and disperser via assays, which will improve the comprehensive performance of the poured refractory matrices of nonmetallic cooling wall.
