Abstract:Based on 170 t steel ladle of No 1 steel making plant of WISCO, a simulation of thermal-structural coupling stress was made under various operating conditions by finite element pre- and post processor software HyperMesh and solver software ANSYS with parameters finite element method, temperature field and thermal stress field distribution of steel ladle were acquired, which provided reference for design and application of steel ladle.
