Abstract:In order to raise the grade and benefit of products,the cold-rolled and extra-deep drawing enamel steel DC06EK was successfully developed by means of the scientific and economic composition design and reasonable process control of steelmaking,hot rolling,acid pickling,cold rolling and continuous annealing. And the yield strength of DC06EK was less than 140 MPa,the average plastic strain ratio was greater than 2.30 and the sensitivity coefficient to fish-scale resistance TH was greater than 6.7 min/mm2. The microstructure analysis showed that the steel contained homogeneous and equiaxed ferrite grains,as well as a large number of fine and precipitated second phase particles(TiS,TiN,etc.),both of which ensured that the steel had excellent formability and fish-scale resistance. The result of the industrial trial further proved that the DC06EK product had a broad prospect of mass promotion and application.
