Abstract:Aiming at crane scheduling with the characteristics of multi-machine and multi-task in the steelmaking and continuous casting section, a multi-objective model was built to minimize the total crane trolley, the difference of crane load rate, and the total transportation time of all jobs. The multi-objective crane scheduling model took the time and space constraints of the crane to perform the task as constraints. The scheduling rules such as partition rules, crane selection rules, and conflict resolution rules were designed to express the characteristics of the crane. Based on the idea of scheduling rules, a heuristic algorithm was proposed to solve the model. Finally, the steel production data of a steel mill was used for inspection, the three sets of scheduling schemes obtained by the comparative analysis model were used to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the model method, which could be a useful tool for crane scheduling in the actual production.
