Abstract: The behavior of the straininduced precipitation of Nb in steel containing Nb was studied by means of thermal simulation tester, physicalchemical phase analysis and transmission electron microscopy(TEM), and the relationship between the straininduced precipitation and the total precipitation was discussed. The results showed that when the other conditions were unchanged, the content of the precipitated phase decreased with the increase of the deformation temperature, and increased with the relaxation time. In addition, the straininduced precipitation was not the total amount of precipitation. In order to accurately calculate and analyze the straininduced precipitation, it was necessary to deduct the precipitation caused by the temperature change from the total amount of precipitation, so that the straininduced precipitation law was more realistic.
