Abstract:Aiming at the defects of roll marks in 2 230 cold- rolled galvanized wide gauge automobile sheet, the SIAS strip inspection system and ZEISS scanning electron microscope were used to macroscopically describe the shape of roll marks. The microscopic characteristics of the scanning electron microscope result was analyzed. Finally, the forming process of roll marks was determined. By improving the groove surface quality, reconstructing the groove surface of sink roll, avoiding the cooling tower strip deviation, the problem of the defects of roll marks was solved, which had achieved remarkable application effect.
