Abstract:The thermal deformation behavior and recrystallization behavior of 310S heat-resistance stainless steel was analyzed at the temperatures ranging from 1 000 to 1 200 ℃ and strain rates ranging from 0.01 to 30 s-1. The corresponding thermal deformation activity energy was calculated as 564.25 kJ/mol. The thermal deformation equation and the hot processing maps were established, and the thermal processing instability region of 310S was presented. The result showed that the thermal processing of 310S heat-resistance stainless steel was a competitive process of softening and hardening of steel. While, the softening effect was unable to entirely offset the hardening effect. In the whole process, the flow stress increased over time, and the peak flow stress did not appear.
