Abstract:With references to the radial strap fracture problem of hot rolled coil, based on the analysis of the strap fracture mechanism and the fracture strength, a strap fracture prediction model was established, and the steel strap bundle fracture zone coefficient was used to represent the probability of the hot-rolled steel strap fracture for the first time. The judging condition of the fracture of steel coil strap was given from a statistical point of view, and on this basis, the strap bracket use principle was put forward. The strap fracture prevention and control technology and the complete set of strap bracket use software were developed. After the application to the productive practice, the effect was good, the incidence of hot rolled steel coil radial strap fracture was greatly reduced, which created great economic benefit for the enterprise. Thus, the technology was worth popularizing.
