Abstract:In according with the idea of energy conservation and environment protection, amount reduction and strength enhancement are the developing trend of iron and steel industry. However,it’s extremely difficult for shape leveling of high strength steel, and the contradiction between the multiple shape defects and the lack of correcting method is prominent. Based on the 1000MPa (yield strength)high strength steel production practice, the correcting methods of shape defects are researched, and the control countermeasures, including temperature controlling, multiprocess cooperation, reasonable joint of various leveling processes, leveling speed controlling, re-leveling and so on are put forward, which can effectively implemented the shape defect leveling of 1000MPa high strength steel.
