Abstract:The investigation of the thermal deformation behavior of stainless steel 3Cr13 was performed by gleeble- 3800 hot simulator with the strain rates 0.1~10s-1 over the temperature range from 1100℃ to 1300℃. The thermal deformation activation energy (Q=472294J/mol), parameter Z and the mathematical expression of σp were also determined. At the same time, with the accordance to the DMM (Dynamic Material Model), we have built the heat processing map of 3Cr13 stainless steel.
