Abstract:The gray correlation analysis is the description of similarity or dissimilarity between multiple factors, it is an important part of grey theory. Firstly, the sintering indexes weights are given artificially. It has been divided into 3 levels, then the correlation degree between each index of 6 groups of test scheme and ideal index by using grey relational analysis has been calculated. According to the correlation degree the merits of each scheme are sorted and determined. Finally, it is concluded that the best ratio of Indonesian sea sand is 7%, and the highest ratio should be not higher than 12%, and the actual production shows that the method is feasible and effective.
