Abstract:In the roller hearth heat treatment furnace production, the cause and formation of bottom roller nodulation were analyzed, the mechanism of heat-treated plate roller printing was cleared, high-temperature fiber composite to solve practical plate roll printing problem was proposed. It has been concluded that the hardness is less than the hardness of steel plates when the high-temperature fiber surface is not oxidized, not sintered,not nodulated, and under high temperature. The effective solution to the plate surface quality problems was raised, and the abrasion resistance is good, structural strength is high, anxious cold performance is good, and it is able to adapt to roller hearth furnace out of the discharge end of the opening for the production model.
