The experience of boron was expounded in process of steel-making and continuous casting and rolling by test and analysis. The boron has been not oxidized in steel-making. The BN phase has been not formed in continuous casting. Fe23（C,B）6 has been restrained in rolling by adjusting produce technology. Useful acid-solve boron(Bs) has been formed in the steel from steel-making to rolling. Acid-solve boron on boundary were increased by adjusting rational technology parameter of user, to improve the product hardenability and cold deformation property which function of boron was gived play to.
